Who we are

Tradoer Inc (“we”, “us”) publishes this website and two NinjaTrader 8 calculation tools: SessionEDGE and TrendEDGE. We are not financial professionals, registered advisers, brokers, or commodity trading advisors. Nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

The website

You may read the public pages, request early access, write to us, and — if you create an account — comment on journal notes. You may not scrape, attack, overload, or try to break the site; you may not impersonate us; you may not post spam, abuse, or anyone else’s private information.

Not advice, no income

SessionEDGE and TrendEDGE plot numbers from formulas. Those numbers can be right or wrong. They are not trade calls, not a system, and not a living. There is no guarantee of income, profit, or recovery of losses. Charts and examples on this site are illustrations, not a track record. You alone decide whether to trade, and you accept the risk of that decision. Read the full risk disclosures before you use anything here.

Software license

When licenses are offered, SessionEDGE and TrendEDGE are licensed, not sold, as-is, for one trader on NinjaTrader 8 desktop. You may not redistribute the files, reverse engineer them, share the zip, or rent the tools to someone else. There is no warranty of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Listed features may change. Any paid-license terms we send with an order sit on top of these terms.

Code and files

You receive a compiled NinjaTrader add-on, not source code. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or publish the files. One license = one NinjaTrader Machine ID = one PC. Sharing the zip or the Machine ID ends the license without refund.

Refunds and returns

Digital licenses are sold as-is and are non-refundable once delivered, except where a law that applies to you says we must refund.

Delivery means any one of these:

• a NinjaTrader user license issued for your Machine ID
• an email with a compiled installer or download link
• a PayPal order marked completed after we sent the above

If the file or license never arrives, email thetradoer@gmail.com within 7 days of payment. We will resend. That is not a refund.

We do not refund because:

• a calculation printed late, wrong, missing, or differently on another timeframe
• NinjaTrader, data, or your PC failed
• you changed your mind
• you expected income
• a trade lost money

PayPal disputes: keep your order email. Proof of delivery is the license record and the sent email.

Accounts and comments

Sign-in is offered through Google, X, or email and password. You are responsible for the account you use. Comments must be your own words. We may hide or remove a comment, or close an account, if it is abusive, spam, or treated as trading advice. You grant us a simple right to display the comment on that journal note.

Waitlist and email

Joining the waitlist is a request, not a purchase and not a promise that a license will be issued. We may send a confirmation and later write when access opens. You can ask to be removed by emailing us from the same address. See the privacy policy.

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. No NinjaTrader company has any affiliation with the owner, developer, or provider of the products or services described herein, or any interest, ownership or otherwise, in any such product or service, or endorses, recommends or approves any such product or service.

Tradoer Inc is an independent vendor. Kinetick® is a registered trademark of its owner. Tradoer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader Group, LLC, NinjaTrader, LLC, or Kinetick.

Links to NinjaTrader or Kinetick send you to those companies. Some NinjaTrader links are affiliation links. Their platforms, fees, and accounts are theirs — not ours.

Our names and files

Tradoer, SessionEDGE, TrendEDGE, and the marks on this site belong to Tradoer Inc. You may not use them to imply we endorse you, or to sell a copy of the tools.

As-is, and our limit

The website and the tools are provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tradoer Inc, its officers, and contractors are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, downtime, or decisions you make from a number on a chart. If a court nevertheless finds us liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or zero, if you have not paid us.

If you cause a problem

You agree to cover us if a claim arises from your use of the site, your comments, or your trading. That includes reasonable legal costs.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the site after that date and you accept the new terms. We may also suspend the site or a license if we need to.
