Privacy policy

Last updated September 4, 2026. This page explains what Tradoer Inc collects on tradoer.com and why. It is not legal advice. Terms of service · Risk disclosures.

Who we are

Tradoer Inc operates this website and the SessionEDGE and TrendEDGE calculation tools. We are not a broker, adviser, or commodity trading advisor. Questions about this policy: thetradoer@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us, or what is needed to run the site:

  • Early access form: name, email, which product you are interested in, and an optional note.
  • Contact form: name, email, topic, and your message.
  • Sign-in: if you sign in with Google or X, we receive a name, email, and a session so we know it is you. We do not receive your password for those services.
  • Journal comments: your display name and the comment, tied to the signed-in account. Only signed-in members can comment.
  • Payment: if you buy a license, PayPal collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, and order amount. We do not store card numbers. We use that information to create your account, issue your NinjaTrader license, and send or unlock the compiled installer.
  • Basic technical data the host needs to serve the page (for example IP address in server logs).
  • Usage analytics through Google Analytics (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived). This uses cookies or similar storage from Google.

Payment

If you buy a license, PayPal collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, and order amount. We do not store card numbers. We use that information to create your account, issue your NinjaTrader license, and send or unlock the compiled installer.

How we use it

  • To confirm an early-access or contact submission.
  • To write you when a license is offered, or to answer a question.
  • To keep member sessions and journal comments working.
  • To create a license account, issue a NinjaTrader license, and unlock the compiled installer after payment.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To understand which pages are read, via Google Analytics.

We do not sell your name or email. We do not use your list to pitch unrelated products. We do not use it to give trading advice — we cannot, and we will not.

Who helps us run this

We use other companies only to operate the site, not to buy or sell your data as a product:

  • Email delivery (currently Resend) for confirmations we send you.
  • PayPal, if you buy a license. PayPal collects the payment.
  • Google Analytics, to see how the site is used. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Google and X, if you choose those to sign in.
  • Our hosting and database provider, so the site can stay online.
  • NinjaTrader and Kinetick, if you click those partner links. Those sites have their own policies. Some NinjaTrader links are affiliation links so we can be credited if you open an account.

Cookies and sessions

If you sign in, we store a session cookie so you stay signed in. Google Analytics also sets cookies so we can see page views. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google’s opt-out tools. We do not run advertising pixels of our own. Partner links may set their own cookies on their domains after you leave ours.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and contact records stay until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer need them to run the list or the conversation. Comments stay with the article unless you ask us to take yours down. Session cookies expire when the session ends or you sign out.

Your choices

Write us from the same email address we have on file if you want us to correct a record, remove you from the waitlist, delete a comment, or send a copy of what we hold. We will need that email match so we know it is you.

Children

This website is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18. Do not submit a form or create an account if you are under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Keep using the site after that date means you have read the new version.
