How this tool works

SessionEDGE is a calculation overlay. It plots numbers from formulas. Those numbers are not advice and they are not a guarantee of income.

    Pick the session

    The tool measures your chosen session window, defaulting to New York. You can also apply a second instance to measure the Asia or London sessions.

    Measure the zone

    It calculates the session zone and midpoint directly from that specific time window. To keep your charts clean after a large move, the mapped levels thin out instead of stacking.

    Print the map

    The tool plots sweeps, breakouts, and measured T1–T4 targets directly onto your chart using fixed formulas.

What it reads

Session zone & mid

Plots the selected session as a defined zone and calculates the midpoint based on that specific range's math.

Buy/Sell sweeps

Visually flags when buy-side or sell-side liquidity is taken. Built natively for the New York session; track Asia or London by adding another instance.

Breakout marks & targets

Prints breakout and breakdown levels derived from the session structure. It projects four calculated targets (T1–T4) dynamically based on the session range.

Focused design

Built primarily for NQ and ES futures on 5-minute and 15-minute timeframes. It plots one directional set of targets at a time—either bullish or bearish—to keep your bias clear.

What does SessionEDGE plot on NinjaTrader 8?

SessionEDGE is a NinjaTrader® 8 calculation overlay for session work on NQ and ES. It may plot the session zone, mid, Buy Sweep / Sell Sweep labels, breakouts, and T1–T4 measured targets from the selected session range. Prints can be late or wrong. It is a calculation tool, not a trade signal.

Is SessionEDGE a signal service or a call to trade?

Is the license one-time or a subscription?

SessionEDGE is offered as a one-time NinjaTrader 8 desktop license when available on the Access page. Availability and waitlist details are on https://tradoer.com/access.

How is SessionEDGE different from TrendEDGE?

SessionEDGE focuses on session range, mid, sweep labels, breakouts, and measured targets from the selected session. TrendEDGE focuses on market structure: higher highs, lower lows, break of structure, and change of character. They are complementary calculation tools, not signals.

Which markets and timeframes is SessionEDGE built for?

It is built primarily for NQ and ES futures on the 5-minute and 15-minute charts first. It can be applied to other futures. Prints can differ across timeframes. A mismatch across timeframes is not a defect for refund.

Does SessionEDGE only read the New York session?

New York is the native session. To measure Asia or London, add a second instance of SessionEDGE and set that instance to the session window you want. Each instance reads one session range.

What are T1–T4 on SessionEDGE?

T1–T4 are four measured targets calculated from the selected session range. SessionEDGE plots one directional set at a time — bullish or bearish — so the chart does not stack both sides. The prints are formula output. They are not orders and they may be late or wrong.

Can SessionEDGE prints be late, missing, or wrong?

Yes. A calculation can print late, wrong, differently on another timeframe, or not at all. That is not a reason for a refund. See https://tradoer.com/terms and https://tradoer.com/legal.

Do I receive source code (.cs files)?

No. You receive a compiled NinjaTrader add-on zip, not source. Do not unzip the file. Import it with Control Center → Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On. One zip = one import. See https://tradoer.com/support.

How does the SessionEDGE license and Machine ID work?

SessionEDGE is NinjaTrader product 2182. One license = one Machine ID = one PC. Copy Machine ID from Control Center → Help → About. Machine ID is not License ID. Paste the hex with no hyphens on https://tradoer.com/account after payment.

Are digital licenses refundable?

Digital licenses are sold as-is and are non-refundable once delivered, except where a law that applies to you says we must refund. Why buy SessionEDGE and TrendEDGE as a bundle?

They cover different jobs on the same NinjaTrader 8 chart. SessionEDGE maps the selected session (zone, mid, sweep labels, breakouts, T1–T4). TrendEDGE maps structure (higher highs, lower lows, BOS, CHoCH) plus a multi-timeframe panel. Together they give a session map and a directional map without two overlapping tools doing the same work.
